Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your password private and use only an account you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not sell, transfer, automate or impersonate an account.

Community rules

• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against or deceive another person.
• Do not request money, financial credentials, passwords or verification codes.
• Do not publish pornographic, sexually explicit, unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative or infringing content. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and sexualisation of minors are strictly prohibited.
• Do not scrape profiles, spam members, manipulate invitations or bypass product limits.

Matching and availability

A match is created only when both members express interest. Mitrio does not promise a particular recommendation, match, response or relationship outcome. Features may change as the service is maintained and improved.

Content and safety action

You keep responsibility for content you submit and grant Mitrio permission to store, display and process it as needed to operate the service. Members can report profiles, messages and conversations and can block other members from inside the app. We may review reports, remove content, restrict discovery, suspend or close accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity or legal reasons.

Ending your account

You may sign out, pause Discovery or delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated rule violations. Provisions that by nature should survive account closure may continue to apply.
