Delete your Mitrio account.
Available without the app
Sign in with your Mitrio account name and password, then confirm permanent deletion. This removes your account from normal service use, including your profile, matches, conversations and uploaded media tied to the deleted account.
Before you delete
- This action cannot be undone.
- Your profile will stop appearing in Discovery.
- Your matches and conversations associated with the deleted account will be removed from normal service use.
- Limited records may be retained only where reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.

Can't sign in?
Use the password reset flow in the Mitrio app, or contact support@mitrio.cc for account assistance. Never send your password or OTP code by email.
